(一) 日常用語(yǔ)考察熱點(diǎn)歸納
1．打電話
---hello. May I speak to Sally?
----yes, _____
A my name’s Sally
B I’m sally speaking
C this is sally speaking

答案是C
另外，打電話時(shí)還常用 who’s that speaking ? /  is that …. ?  /   hold on, please. / he’s not in . can I take a message for you ?
2. 勸告和建議
表示勸告和建議常用下列句型：
you’d better ….
I advise you to do ….
I suggest that you should do ….
Let’s ….
Why not do …?
What / how about ….?
----I usually go there by train.
----why not ___ by boat for a change?

3. 表示問(wèn)候

用how 提問(wèn)時(shí)，通常詢問(wèn)的是身體狀況。
注意：英美人很注重個(gè)人的隱私，因此在談話中不要涉及對(duì)方的年齡，職業(yè)，收入及婚姻狀況等。這也是和我們國(guó)家文化的不同點(diǎn)。
４．感謝與應(yīng)答
在我們認(rèn)為不需要表示感謝的場(chǎng)合，英美人也要客氣的表示一番，這些語(yǔ)言習(xí)慣都會(huì)成為命題的要點(diǎn)。
---- hi, I haven’t seen you for ages! You look fine!

英美人在聽到別人對(duì)自己的贊許和夸獎(jiǎng)時(shí)，會(huì)表示感謝。

另外對(duì)于感謝的應(yīng)答常用的有： not at all /  that’s all right  /  you are welcome  / it’s my pleasure .
別人提供幫助即使不需要幫助也要說(shuō)一聲 thank you all the same.
5. 介紹
當(dāng)初次被介紹與某人相識(shí)時(shí)， 應(yīng)該說(shuō)：
how do you do ? / nice to meet you   /  glad to meet you / pleased to meet you / it’s my pleasure to meet you
對(duì)方的回答也是這些

6. 祝愿，祝賀及應(yīng)答
表示祝愿祝賀的用語(yǔ)有：

對(duì)于這些祝愿和祝賀應(yīng)該根據(jù)具體語(yǔ)境用thank you 或the same to you 來(lái)應(yīng)答

根據(jù)英美人的習(xí)慣，對(duì)節(jié)假日的祝愿常用the same to you 來(lái)應(yīng)答

7.請(qǐng)求允許和應(yīng)答
請(qǐng)求允許常用may / can / could I do sth.?
Do / would you mind my doing sth?
Would you mind if I did ….?

I wonder if /whether I can / could do …
該交際項(xiàng)目是考察熱點(diǎn)之一，因?yàn)樗峁┑男畔⒘扛?，同學(xué)們?cè)趶?fù)習(xí)時(shí)應(yīng)注意。

再如：

回答do you mind ….時(shí)，表示不介意，我們用，no , I don’t mind,/ not at all  /  of course not / certainly not/ no, I’d be glad to / no, I’d be happy to 等。
如果介意，可以說(shuō)：I’m sorry,but …./ you’d better not/ I’m afraid…/ 而yes, I do mind則語(yǔ)氣較生硬。
8．請(qǐng)求
表示請(qǐng)求的方式很多，用哪一種方式取決于雙方的關(guān)系及熟悉的程度等。一般來(lái)說(shuō)，用would,could 比用will, can 更客氣，更有禮貌。

題干中的could 不表示過(guò)去，只是一種委婉的語(yǔ)氣，help yourself 表示同意別人使用某物的禮貌用語(yǔ)。

sure/ certainly / yes, of course / yes , help yourself / I’d be glad to  / yes, please go ahead  /
否定回答用：
I’m sorry, but….
I’d like to , but….
9.道歉和應(yīng)答
表示道歉用sorry/ excuse me / I beg your pardon
應(yīng)答常用：that’s all right/ it doesn’t matter/ don’t mention it / never mind
----I’m sorry I broke your mirror.

10.邀請(qǐng)與應(yīng)答
英美人在邀請(qǐng)別人時(shí)，常常詢問(wèn)對(duì)方是否有時(shí)間或是是否可以聚一聚之類的話，如：“are you free tomorrow? / why don’t we get together for an evening party? 如果對(duì)方反應(yīng)積極，便可以約定時(shí)間和地點(diǎn)。
如果是熟人之間，可以直接說(shuō)how about going to see a film? / 若對(duì)方不愿意接受，可直接回答說(shuō)sorry, I have a lot of work to do.
當(dāng)不愿意接受對(duì)方的邀請(qǐng)時(shí)，一般用委婉的語(yǔ)氣回答， 例如, that’s very kind of you, but I’m afraid…./ that would be lovely, but I’m sorry…./ I’d love to, but….
---I ‘d like to invite you to dinner this Saturday.

（二）書面表達(dá)
書面表達(dá)屬于主觀性命題，主要考察同學(xué)們綜合運(yùn)用英語(yǔ)的能力，要求考生根據(jù)所給情景和要求寫一篇英語(yǔ)書面材料，字?jǐn)?shù)在100―120 之間。我們要做到 ：
表意清楚，不添枝加葉，字?jǐn)?shù)符合要求
句型準(zhǔn)確，時(shí)態(tài)無(wú)誤，不犯語(yǔ)法錯(cuò)誤
詞和詞組使用得當(dāng)
書寫規(guī)范，標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)使用正確
我們要做到不漏，不錯(cuò)，不多寫，不亂寫
我們按可以按照以下四步來(lái)進(jìn)行備考快速練習(xí)。
第一， 審題
根據(jù)所給提示，認(rèn)真審查，確定書面表達(dá)的格式
第二， 寫提綱
寫英語(yǔ)書面表達(dá)的提綱也就是列要點(diǎn)。列要點(diǎn)最好用動(dòng)詞或動(dòng)詞短語(yǔ)，這樣就為下一步的擴(kuò)展句子提供了方便
第三， 擴(kuò)展句子，組成短文
因?yàn)橐獙懙膬?nèi)容已經(jīng)以動(dòng)詞和動(dòng)詞詞組的形式列出，擴(kuò)展句子時(shí)注意句子的主語(yǔ)是何人何物，動(dòng)詞的時(shí)態(tài)和語(yǔ)態(tài)就可以了。
第四， 檢查
　檢查時(shí)要注意下面幾個(gè)方面的問(wèn)題：
整篇文章所用的人稱是否一致。動(dòng)詞的時(shí)態(tài)，語(yǔ)態(tài)是否恰當(dāng)。注意冠詞，名詞單復(fù)數(shù)，大小寫，標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)及所用的拼寫，力求準(zhǔn)確無(wú)誤。
例１：
你所居住的城市即將興建一座世界公園，請(qǐng)你就此用英語(yǔ)寫一篇報(bào)道，介紹下面幾個(gè)內(nèi)容：
1，公園地點(diǎn) 在濱江路，科技博物館和光明中學(xué)之間
2，動(dòng)工時(shí)間  2007年8月
3，竣工時(shí)間  2008年8月,并對(duì)外開放
4，公園設(shè)計(jì)  16個(gè)景點(diǎn)，28座國(guó)外建筑物，一座劇場(chǎng)，為游客表演外國(guó)歌舞，一個(gè)超市，一個(gè)游樂(lè)場(chǎng)
注意：　要包括以上所有要點(diǎn)，可適當(dāng)增加詞語(yǔ)，使文章連貫；　公園地點(diǎn)，要包括圖上所表明的內(nèi)容；　單詞在１００－１２０之間；　生詞提示：游樂(lè)場(chǎng)pleasure ground

按照上面快速練習(xí)的方法和步驟：

一，根據(jù)提示得知書面表達(dá)的格式為報(bào)道，即短文
二，縱觀所給提示，應(yīng)表達(dá)的要點(diǎn)有：
１．Be built
２．Lie along …between …
３．Start to build in …
４．Be completed and open to …
５．Be set up /There be …in the park
６．There will be  / Be built
７．In which
Be performed / enjoy
8. there be …for … / be built for
三， 擴(kuò)展句子并組句成文
there’s good news for the people of our city. A new park __the world park will be built here. It will be along Binjiang Road , between the Science Museum and Guangming Middle School. Building of the park will start in August 2007 and the project will be completed and open to visitors in August 2008. 16 scenic spots will be set up and there will be 28 buildings of different countries as well as a theatre in which foreign songs and dances will be performed. Also there will be a supermarket and a pleasure  ground for visitors.
四， 檢查
